store, it means that you have familiarized yourself with and agree to the entirety
of the general terms and conditions. The provider reserves the right to change
the conditions on the vezenina.com online store. All changes are binding on
customers, so it is recommended that you regularly review the terms of

General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store
The general terms and conditions of the online store vezenina.com are
compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and international codes
for e-commerce. The vezenina.com online store is an information system intended
for the presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by the
company Rverona d.o.o., hereinafter referred to as the provider. The user is
the person who uses our system, i.e. the customer in the online store. Upon
registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username and password.
The username and password of the user are unambiguously determined and linked
to the completed data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and
acquires the right to purchase. The General Terms and Conditions deal with the
operation of the vezenina.com online store, user rights and the business
relationship between the provider and the customer.
Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
The
provisions of the general terms and conditions apply to all e-commerce services
and supplement the provisions of applicable legislation governing the field of
consumer protection, the field of personal data protection and other areas
relating to the company's e-commerce. To the extent that an individual provision
of these general terms and conditions would become invalid due to a change in
the applicable regulations governing these areas, this does not affect the
validity of the remaining provisions and these general terms and conditions.
The
administrator of the online store has the right to periodically supplement and
change these general terms and conditions. Any change becomes effective from
the moment it is posted on the website. The user agrees with the changes and
additions, if they continue to use electronic services after the publication of
the changes.
Responsibility for the Operation and Content of the Online Store
When editing
the website, the administrator will try to ensure the up-to-dateness and
accuracy of the information contained on these pages (company identity, contact
addresses, essential characteristics of goods, price and availability of
products, terms of delivery of the product or execution of the order or
service, method of payment and delivery, validity of the offer, complaint
procedure).
When editing
the website, the administrator makes every effort to ensure that all services
are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee that the
electronic services will work without interruption, without problems, without
errors, nor do they guarantee a successful use of these services.
The website
contains cookies in order to fulfil the purpose of the smooth operation of the
site. The administrator does not collect any personal data about the users of
this website.
When publishing sales products, the administrator also offers photographs that
are symbolic in nature and do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.
The administrator
reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time for
technological, legal or business reasons or to change individual parameters of
the services, or to terminate the services without prior notice.
To the extent permitted by law, any liability of the provider, administrator or
any other legal or natural person (hereinafter another person) who participated

data or any other incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages
arising out of the use or inability to use the services including but not
limited to lost revenue or expected profit, ruin of reputation, loss of

We apologize
for any errors on this website (prices, delivery times, product descriptions,
etc.) and we will, as a rule, inform you before sending the shipment. In
addition, the provider or other persons are not responsible for errors on the
site and will, to the best of their ability, eliminate the errors as soon as
possible.
The administrator
may, in their sole discretion, terminate or temporarily prevent access to and
use of the services located on the vezenina.com website in violation of these
general terms and conditions or applicable regulations or any other conduct
that the company deems illegal or harmful to third parties or for the operation
of the services.
3. User responsibility
The user is
obliged to use electronic services in accordance with the applicable
regulations and these general terms and conditions. The user may use the
services in their own name and for their own account and in the name and on
behalf of those business entities for which they have an authorisation or other
legal basis for such business connection or representation in accordance with
the applicable regulations.
The user expressly
agrees to use the services or any digital content related to e-commerce solely
at their own risk.
The user expressly undertakes not to act unlawfully or endanger the
information security of electronic services when using electronic services (eg misrepresentation,
transfer of illegal content, infringements of intellectual property rights,
unauthorized collection of personal data or business secrets, transfer of
malicious software, unauthorized modification content, disruption of
communications in any direction or unnecessary burdening of electronic
services, attempted misrepresentation) or encourage third parties to do so.
The user agrees that any data
sent and confirmed or documents sent using electronic services will be
considered complete and accurate.
The user undertakes to take
special care to protect their personal password and not to make it available to
third parties, and is fully responsible for any damage caused either directly
or indirectly by unauthorized third parties using the access to electronic services (especially when making a purchase). The user also
undertakes to ensure the highest possible level of security measures a@nd
reduce the risks of unauthorized access or compromise of data or operation of
electronic services, and to immediately notify the operators of the vezenina.com
website of any possible security incidents related to the use of electronic
services.
The user
may, at their own discretion and in accordance with the instructions, cancel
the use of electronic services (cancellation of registration) and request the
deletion of the username and other stored data.
Information Availability
The provider
guarantees to always provide the customer with the following information:
company identity, contact addresses, essential characteristics of goods or
services, product availability, conditions of product delivery or service
execution, clearly and unambiguously determined prices, method of payment and
delivery, time validity of certain offers, the period within which it is still
possible to withdraw from the contract, the conditions for withdrawal and a
clarified procedure for the complaint, including all information about the
contact person or customer service.
Special Offer Validity
The validity
periods of the special offers, (sales) are listed next to the offer itself, and
may differ from each other.
Persons Liable to VAT
Taxable
persons liable to VAT are obliged to state their tax number when placing the
order.
Orders
Ordering
takes place via the internet 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The
consumer selects and orders the products that available in the online store and
classified into categories.
After
placing the order, the customer receives a notification by e-mail confirming the order and containing a pro forma
invoice with the details for the payment of the placed order if they have not
chosen to pay by credit card. The invoice lists the products and quantities
selected by the customer. The customer can notify the provider via the e-mail
address info@vezenina. com about possible changes or cancellation. The buyer must
notify the provider before making a payment, and must state the purchase number
from the invoice.
Product Properties
Photographs
of products are those of real products and are designed to resemble the real
colour shades and properties as closely as possible to, but colour deviations
are possible.
The provider
does not guarantee that the data on the online store (text or image material)
are 100% correct or complete.
Prices
All prices
on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless the website explicitly
states otherwise. A reduced price is a reduced regular price at which a
selected product is sold for a definite or indefinite period of time. All
prices in the online store include delivery costs, except for delivery outside
the EU.
The customer
enters into a purchase contract with the provider the moment they confirm the
order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply
to both the provider and the customer. Prices are valid until changed and the
provider can change them without prior notice. In the event that the price of
the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will notify
the buyer. The provider will do their best to provide the buyer with a lower
price or offer an appropriate solution that will guarantee mutual satisfaction.
Otherwise, the provider has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and
returns an amount equal to the paid purchase price to the customer.
The provider
is not responsible for any errors (grammatical, typing and others) in
connection with the price of the items. In case of any errors, the customer
will be notified.
Discounts do
not add up!
Methods of Payment
The following
payment methods are available in the online store:
• Payment by pro forma invoice * (you
will receive the pro forma invoice by e-mail): the deadline for payment of the
pro forma invoice is five (5) days. After the payment deadline, the provider no
longer guarantees the reservation for the ordered products.
• Payment with payment cards: card information is not recorded on
the company's server. We ensure maximum security of the transaction. Credit
card authorizations are performed in real time with immediate verification of
data at the selected bank. Payment is possible with the following cards: MasterCard,
Visa, and Maestro (if the payer's Maestro payment card allows it).
The provider
reserves the right to demand payment for the goods from the buyer before
shipment.
Customer Responsibilities
The buyer is
obliged to check the correctness of the data on the invoice and notify the
seller of any errors within eight (8) days. Subsequent complaints are not
considered.
The credit
card will be charged directly upon confirmation of the order. The amount that
will be charged to the card may differ from the amount listed on the site, as
it depends on the surcharges or fees of the card issuer (and / or card
provider) applied during the transaction process.
We are not
responsible for fees related to changing exchange rates and surcharges set by
the bank, as well as for any other additional fees for foreign currency
transactions charged to the customer by the issuer of the card, if the EUR is
not the currency in which the credit card invoices are issued.
Safe Purchase
The provider
uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer
and storage of personal data and payments. For these purposes, the provider
uses an SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization. Credit card
authorizations are performed in real time with immediate verification of data
at the selected bank. Card information is not stored on the provider's server.
Product Dispatch
All items in
the XXXXXX.com online store are available unless otherwise stated on the
website. If the selected product is not available, the customer will be
notified when the product is back in stock.
Delivery
If the goods
are in stock, they will be shipped no later than two (2) working days from the
date of payment of the pro forma invoice or from the day of payment by a
payment card. Delivery time in the EU for items in stock is usually 3-5 working
days. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is extended. Postage
within the EU is free.
Delivery outside the EU
If the goods
are in stock, they will be shipped no later than two (2) working days from the
day of payment through a payment card. In the event that the product is not
available, the delivery time is extended, of which the provider informs the
user as soon as possible.
The
international delivery time for items in stock is usually 5-10 business days.
If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is extended, delivery data
are shown in the description of each item.
Delivery
times may be longer in countries with customs administration. The price of
delivery outside the EU is 5 €.
Orders
The customer
is responsible for the information provided in the process of executing the
order. The provider is not responsible for any errors in delivery due to the
wrong address.
After
placing the order, the buyer receives the contract (invoice) via e-mail. The
contract (invoice) is stored in electronic form on the server and is accessible
to the customer at any time on their user profile.
Discount Codes
The discount
code or promotional code brings various benefits when purchasing through the
XXXXX.com online store. You can find the active code on the cover page of the
advertising message, in the e-mail XXXXXX.com online store or other media. The
code brings a variety of benefits such as gifts and discounts. Any code must
always be redeemed within a limited time, otherwise it is invalid.
Discount
codes do NOT add up, unless otherwise stated and do NOT apply to products on
sale.
Return of Goods and the Right to Withdraw from the Purchase
Pursuant to
the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to inform the company via
info@vezenina.com within
14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract,
without having to state the reason for their decision. The only cost borne by
the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning
the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 30 days
after the notification of the intended return. The return of the received goods
to the company within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is
considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The provider is not
obliged to accept redemption shipments.
The product returned by the consumer must be unused,
undamaged and without an embroidered inscription, which is previously made free
of charge for the consumer and according to their wish by the provider.
The product must be in the original packaging and in
the same quantity. Goods must not be worn, washed or in any way adapted to
personal needs. If the goods are damaged, dirty, without the original packaging
or there are visible traces of use (inside or outside the item), the provider
reserves the right to refuse the return.
After the
return of the goods, it will take the provider no later than 30 days after
receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract to transfer the return, i.e.
the purchase price of the returned product or products to the consumer's bank
account. The provider is not obliged to reimburse the costs incurred due to
shipping. The consumer may also decide to exchange and choose another product,
but must inform the provider at the same time as the return of the goods.
Custom-made
and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged!
Order Cancellation
The placed order can be cancelled by the user without additional costs
until the order is paid via bank card or pro forma invoice. Order cancellation
can only be done at info@vezenina.com.
Upon cancellation, the user must provide the following information:
• order number,
• customer name and surname ,
• customer address.
Damaged, Destroyed or Lost Shipment
In the case
of payment by pro forma invoice, the provider is not liable from the moment of
delivery of the shipment to the delivery service, for cases of physical damage,
destruction or loss of the shipment, nor if there is a lack of content in the
shipment or if the shipment shows signs of opening (packaging has visible
damage). In all these cases, the user must initiate a complaint procedure at
the post office, namely carry the shipment to the nearest post office in the
same condition as it was received, without adding or removing anything, and
fill in the complaint report. However, if the shipment has been delivered from
the delivery service, one should initiate a complaint procedure with them. The
provider of the online store XXXXX.com should also be contacted via info@vezenina.com.
Item Complaints
Complaints and claims arising from the warranty or material defect are
resolved in accordance with applicable law and in accordance with the Terms of
Purchase of Goods and Services.
Users can report complaints of items with an existing defect, to the
provider via info@vezenina.com.
Data Protection
The provider
undertakes to protect permanently all personal data in accordance with the
Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No.
86/2004) and the Insurance Act. By entering data in the vezenina.com online
store, you allow the provider to establish, maintain and manage your personal
data for an unlimited period in order to fulfil or exercise the rights arising
from the contractual relationship and direct marketing. The provider ensures
the protection of personal data in accordance with the law governing the
protection of personal data. You may at any time request in writing or by e-mail
that we permanently or temporarily cease to use your personal data for the
purpose of direct marketing within 15 days of the request.
Communication
Advertising
e-mails must be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertisements. The sender
must be clearly identified. If the user wishes not to receive advertising
messages, the provider will unconditionally comply with the request.
Copyright
The provider
owns the vezenina.com online store. All rights reserved. The content on the
websites may contain material whose copyrights may also be the property of
third parties. Therefore, any transmission of information from the websites is
permitted only with the written consent of the owner.
We reserve
the right to change the terms without prior notice.
Complaints and Disputes
The provider
complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. Users can send a
complaint to info@vezenina.com.
The provider
must confirm within five working days that they have received the complaint,
inform the user how long the process will take and keep them informed about the
progress of the procedure. The provider strives to resolve disputes amicably.
Giveaways
The
organiser is the provider. Participants of a giveaway agree to the publication
of their name and surname on the websites operated by the contractor, in the
event that they receive a prize. The recipient of the prize cannot be a legal
entity. It is not possible to pay out the prize in cash. People employed by the
organiser or contractor and their relatives are not allowed to participate in a
giveaway. The winner receives the prize by post. In the event that the winner
rejects the prize, a new winner is selected.

each e-newsletter, you will find a link to unsubscribe permanently.
Product Maintenance
All products
in our offer are carefully selected and are of top quality. The items are
embroidered with old traditional embroidery techniques, so we recommend the
first wash to be by hand or a pre-wash in cold water. Later for long-term
maintenance, the temperature should not exceed 30° C. Products containing prints can be washed at
temperatures up to 40° C. The higher washing temperature is at your own risk,
if you decide to do so, it is recommended that you gradually increase the
washing temperature. Dry cleaning and the use of aggressive cleaners is not
suitable, nor is the use of bleach. Drying should be done at normal
temperatures and the goods should be exposed to direct sunlight. Tumble-drying
is not recommended!
