Delivery Information
Accept online order:
for every online order over € 50, delivery in Slovenia is free
for online orders under € 50, the delivery cost is € 3
Products ordered through the Vezenina online store can also be picked up in person, without delivery costs, in the Vezenina store, on Stari trg 4, in the center of Ljubljana during the store's opening hours.
In case you inform us of the desired date of delivery of the online order, just write it in the notes for the online order or send us the date to our e-mail address info@vezenina.com. If the desire for a certain delivery date is expressed, the package will be delivered one day before the desired delivery date, as Pošta Slovenije or the GLS delivery service (through which we deliver packages) deliver most packages the day after receiving the package. It is not the buyer who decides through which delivery service the package will be delivered, but the service provider himself.
If you are not at the stated address at the time of delivery, Pošta Slovenije or GLS will send you a message with instructions on where you can pick up the package or who you can contact to have the package delivered to you again.
We deliver all shipments by registered mail, as this way we can monitor where the shipment is located and when it was picked up.
Delivery time:
We are as fast as possible when creating orders. Delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. Usually, we place the order on the same day when we receive the payment confirmation to our e-mail address info@vezenina.com.
Warranty:
If the product is physically damaged or the inscription is different from the one you submitted in the online order and you suspect that the error was ours, please contact us without any worries and we will arrange to replace the product.
